REPX Returns & Refunds

For change-of-mind returns, contact repxpremium1128@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

Change-of-mind items must be unused, unworn, with tags and in their original packaging. Please provide proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the correct address. These conditions do not limit your legal rights.

Return shipping

You are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping costs unless we agree otherwise. We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, return costs will be handled as required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem, with your order details and, where possible, photos. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. This request for prompt notice does not shorten any statutory claim period.

Exceptions

Change-of-mind returns are not offered for personalised or custom-made goods, perishable goods, opened hygiene or personal-care products, hazardous goods, sale items or gift cards, except where required by law. This does not exclude rights relating to defective, unsafe or incorrectly supplied goods.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please request a return and place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting your return. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund. Contact us if it has not arrived within 15 business days of approval.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit rights under South African consumer-protection and electronic-commerce laws, or other applicable laws. Statutory cancellation periods, defect remedies and refund deadlines take priority over this policy. Where EU or EEA consumer law applies, eligible online purchases generally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions; statutory return conditions and refund rules apply.
